What is the easiest way to travel through the Netherlands? Bus or train?

Traveling within Amsterdam is very easy and convenient. There is an extensive transport network connecting the different city districts, and commuters can choose a variety of methods to reach their destination. This includes the train, tram, metro, autobus and ferry.

The Netherlands has an efficient and well-organized public transport system. Almost any town can be reached by public transport. The Dutch public transport system consists of a train network extended with a network of local and interlocal busses. Amsterdam and Rotterdam have a metro network, and Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag and Utrecht have trams as well
