Welcome to the Devon View Guesthouse - Swansea Sea Front

We have over 12 years experience of being a high 3 star as measured by the Wales Tourist Board, AA and the English Tourist Board. You are assured of a pleasant and comfortable stay in our Guest House. Situated on Swansea Sea Front we are a mere 25 meters from Swansea’s main beach.

With rooms overlooking the whole of the Bay and the expanse of sands stretching almost as far as the eye can see, we can offer a very relaxed holiday or short break. If, however you find you need to work here we will give you the opportunity to relax on an evening to make your day pleasurable. Priding ourselves on our friendly, clean and warm nature we have a no-smoking policy throughout the Guest House in keeping with Welsh law. Guests have 24 hour access after check-in.

We can accommodate up to 30 people in a choice of Single, Twin, Double and Triple Guest Rooms. We can provide a travel cot at no charge if required.

Only 15 minutes flat walk to the Town Centre and 5 minutes to our local shops. We are exceptionally well served by excellent restaurants of great international variety all within very easy walking distance and we recommend ones we have personally used with satisfaction. Of course we are only a short distance from the now famous night life of Wind Street with its theme bars and restaurants the full length of both sides of the street. With an estimated average of 10,500 people enjoying the night life, Wind Street is well worth a visit.

With a good quality bed and excellent breakfast you are assured of a pleasant stay in our historic port town of Swansea. Across the road on Swansea Sea Front, water sports fans can take all sorts of lessons, including surfing and wind surfing in the relative safety of the shallow waters of the bay.

Around the corner from the Guildhall, otherwise known as the Brangwyn Hall, with its magnificent rooms, ceilings and wall coverings, and just as close to the Crown Court and the council car park which is covered by CCTV.

The famous St.Helens Rugby ground now the home of Glamorgan Cricket is just 4 minutes walk from us and we also have the highly respected Bowls Green of Victoria Gardens even closer with it's Patti Pavilion.
